Last updated on 26 March 2023 The Taskfulness App (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you (the “Customer”, “User” or “Client”) about the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your Personal Data (“information” or “data”) and the data you generate(“User-generated content”), and share with us via the App, Website, and other related services (collectively, the “App”).

1. Information we may collect

In order to create and maintain the App, and to provide you and other customers with our services and updates, we can collect your Personal Data. Please check the list below. A detailed list with types of information we may collect (but not limited to): Device Information: operating system, device type, and system performance data The data you entered while registering for a plus subscription or premium content Information about your usage of the App To improve your Intention Score we can access your customer-generated texts, anonymised The time you opened an App, the country, and the city of where your device is at the moment Other Personal Data like name, email which you voluntarily shared with us to improve the App or as a contact form: via survey, your feedback loop with us, or similar activities.

2. Use of collected data

The information listed in the section “Information we may collect” is used to customise your experience with an App, to understand the way that you use it, to update you with the new features available in the App, to offer you the best way to communicate with us (provide customer support), and to improve the App over time. Your Data remains anonymous: We never make your account name public, neither do we sell or share it to other companies interested in promoting their goods to you. In the limited circumstances, the User-generated content you shared with us can be used as a part of anonymous product usage summary to represent our app’s performance or as a proof of usefulness of its single features. For example, to show our new customers what our pioneer clients value the most in Taskfulness, or to draw the quality KPI conclusions for our shareholders. When helping you to evaluate and improve your “Activities”/“Tasks” or the “Reflect” process (the “User-generated content”), Taskfulness doesn’t connect it with your name. All textual User-Generated Content is used to improve your experience in a strictly anonymised manner on our side. You may delete your User-generated content in the “My Progress” -“History” at any time. 3. Confidentiality and data storage

We believe in transparency. The security of your data is important to us. Therefore, we do not sell your Personal Data to third parties. We follow the leading, generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us. The data we collect is stored in the US. We may retain your data as long as it is needed for providing services to you, it is reasonable for following important retention metrics, or to resolve the legal disputes.

4. Analytics

We work with other companies (“Service Providers”) who help us make sure we are building the right product for our customers. Currently, our Service Provider for analytics purposes is Amplitude. Amplitude is a platform that analyses product usage data - the information that helps teams understand how people use digital products, the type of actions taken by their end-users within the customers’ mobile applications and on their websites to help them build and deliver better products. With respect to the Amplitude platform, Amplitude is a data processor and Amplitude’s customers are data controllers under EU data privacy laws and regulations. 5. Disclosure of your data

Your information might only be shared with our affiliates, Service Providers, to fulfil the purposes described in the “Use of collected data” section. We don’t share your Private Data with third parties or sell it for advertising purposes. The information that can be representative but does not identify you personally can be disclosed to any other parties and for purposes we deem appropriate.

6. Children

The App is not intended to serve children under 18 years old. If a parent or another responsible guardian becomes aware that their child shared with us any personal information, it is recommended that a corresponding parent/guardian contacts us and we take steps to remove this personal data from our systems.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy

If any statement mentioned above appears to be invalid or no longer complies with general regulations, it does not make the rest of this Privacy Policy document invalid.
